Shop Policies

Welcome to Magically Made Ears where you will find many handmade ear designs to bring out the Magic in your day with a unique and flowered twist! Magically Made Ears is a handmade Ear Shop that drawls inspiration from Disney films, memorabilia, etc. Magically Made Ears is in no way affiliated with the Walt Disney Company and it is not my intent to "copy" any other products whatsoever. My ultimate mission is to provide you with the highest quality, most unique and beautiful, handmade character inspired ears that make you feel special and beautiful as you wear them! We hope that each pair of ears brings extra magic into your trips to the Disney parks and into your day!


Payment is due at time of order. For any custom ear orders, payment is required upfront, after the product has been discussed and you have given your approval of the selected materials. After receiving your approval of the design, you will be required to pay for the purchase before any physical item is made. Please contact us with any questions.


On Made to Order ears and custom ears the turn around will be 2-4 weeks. You will be notified as soon as your order ships! Do not refer to the ship date on your receipt. Generally items do not take this long but because we cannot be sure how many orders will be in house at a time please allow us the 2-4 week time frame. We are not able to give specific dates of when orders will ship unless you contact us PRIOR to purchasing and we say we are able to accommodate your date. If we do confirm that we will be able to get your item(s) to you by the date you need them please rest assured we will have them to you by that date.

We ship all items through USPS. All sets of Ears are sent Priority Mail which takes between 1-3 days. ***NOTE this is an ESTIMATED time frame. The USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery of ANY package unless it is shipped Express. Please ask for an Express shipping rate.

If you are interested in an Expedited Order (needing right away or before our 14 day turnaround) please contact us prior to purchasing to be sure we are able to meet your deadline.

All orders are shipped to the address that is provided at purchase. We am not liable for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned to us because of an error on my part, We will reship. If a package is returned to us due to address through Shopify being incorrect, it is at the cost of customer to re-ship the item. We will not refund a customer who has provided  with the wrong address and needed order by a certain date.

Once we have printed your shipping label and a tracking number has been issued your item(s) are dropped off at the post office. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/MISDIRECTED/DELAYED PACKAGES. We completely understand how frustrating delayed or lost mail can be but once the item is with the post office we are no longer involved. If your item is marked delivered but you have not received it neither we nor the USPS can issue any sort of refund. To avoid this please contact us PRIOR to purchasing to have Insurance added to your item.


ALL Sales are final. Refunds will not be given. If you have placed an order you have agreed that you have read the shop’s policies as well as the entire listing. Please keep in mind that the packaging may get damaged by the mail carriers. This is completely out of our control! We try our best to make each and every one of my photos as accurate as possible, but because remember we hand make each pair of ears myself, there might be some slight variation. If the mistake is on my end please be sure to email us within 24 hrs of receiving your ears and we will do all that we can to figure it out and ensure you are satisfied! :)

***WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS. Within each listing is a link to the shop’s policies which states Magically made ears turnaround time. . If you place an order and message us two days later and tell us you need the item by the following week I cannot cancel your order.

No. It is the buyers responsibility to double check prior to checking out that they have included the correct pair of ears, and quantity needed.

We are human and occasionally we do make mistakes. We fully admit when we do. We try our VERY best to make everything as pictured and described in the listings. If there is an error with your item we must be notified KINDLY within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the error. If we are notified after this time frame we will be unable to make any corrections. If the error is on our end, we will correct the mistake and reship at my cost. The Ears containing the error must be shipped back to us in the exact condition it was received and once we have received it we will refund you shipping cost for doing so. We must have the incorrect piece returned to us promptly before we will remake and ship an item back out. NO EXCEPTIONS.
